About International Student Internal Transfer
International students enrolled in our university's programs have the right to change departments with a horizontal transfer for once, in accordance with the 15th article of the "Bartın University International Students Admission and Registration Principles Directive". Our international students' 2021 - 2022 Academic Year Spring Semester internal transfer applications will be received online through the system prepared by the Information Technologies Department. In the evaluation of applications, it is of great importance to take action according to the relevant article of the directive.
